Refund Policy All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because summaries are digital goods delivered instantly, we do not provide refunds for used credits. If a technical issue prevents delivery of a purchased summary credit (i.e., you were charged and no summary output was provided), we will restore the credit, but do not provide monetary refunds.
